At ASTREA Home Fragrance, we take pride in creating high-quality home fragrance products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery unless they are faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective.
- The wrong item was sent.
- The product arrived damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Opened items
- Custom or personalised products
- Gift cards (if applicable)
