As our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, fragrance intensity, or appearance may occur.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in Euro (€).

Where applicable, prices include VAT in accordance with Cyprus legislation.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Orders

Orders are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product availability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.

ASTREA Home Fragrance does not store your payment card information.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed as quickly as possible.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of home fragrance products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items unless they are faulty or damaged upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and include photographs of the damage.

8. Product Safety

Our products are intended for home fragrance use only.

Please:

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
  • Do not ingest.
  • Keep away from heat sources, flames, and direct sunlight.
