Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During new product launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship within Cyprus.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all Cyprus orders over €40.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details (where available).

Incorrect Address

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged parcel
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate the shipment.
